Anxiety about exposure

Good afternoon.  I am a 33 heterosexual male.  27 days ago I engaged in unprotected oral sex (both giving and receiving) as well as "fingering" a girl.  The fingering was pretty intense and there were a lot of vaginal fluids present.  I bite my nails and as a nervous habit was biting them approx 5- 10 minutes prior to engaging in sexual act.  I also have gibgivitis of the gums so they r not in the best shape and bleed from time to time.  My concern is my risk for hiv from the exposure described.  My fingers were not bleeding profusely but they do tend to bleed slightly when I bite them too short.  Is this a similar risk to vagibal sex since there were open cuts on the fingers and I was deep inside the vagiba with my fingers.  I have experienced quite a few symptoms of the past 3 weeks that are very alarming.
•Canker sore ten days after exposure( resolved in 3 days)
•extremely itchy face starting 2 weeks after exposure.  Eyelids were dry and crusty and I had "dandruff" on eyelids.  Eyelids, nose and cheeks were very oily.  Eyes felt like they had sand paper in them.  I am concerned this could be DILS
•diarrhea for over a week
•peripheral neuropathy with extremely cold fingers sensitive to temperature.
•nausea for past 2 weeks.  Absolutely zero appetite
• right side neck pain for past 2 weeks

In your opinion did I have a risk for hiv and do the symptoms seem concerning?, especially with respect to the time period they manifested.   Thanks for your time

There are no reports of people getting HIV from fingering or masturbation, it's considered a no risk activity. Small wounds and cuts on the fingers are very common.

thank you for the comment.  I do want to confirm that blood on cuticle from biting my nails would not pose an HIV risk with finger inserted in vagina and vaginal fluids exposed to fresh cut fresh finger?

You had zero risk for HIV. Symptoms are not reliable for diagnosing HIV. Symptoms don't mean anything. Sounds like anxiety is causing your symptoms.

No risk and no need to test.
