Testing after 23 days w/4th generation test.

I went to the strip club on April 2nd, 2018.  After having a very blurred night I am not sure what went on.

On April the 13th while at work, a burning sensation took over my whole groin area.

A little burning sensation while urinating, sore throat, lower back and abdominal pain as usual, minor cough and runny nose.

On April 29th I developed an itchy rash on my knees and elbows.  Took about a week for it to go away.  This is what concerns me.

All of this is very worrisome and my stress level is to the max because of all the variables.

I did take two separate std tests, one on the 15th and 25th of April which all came back negatives.

Any adice would be appreciated.

As of today, March 14, 2018, it still feels like something is in my throat and still have a mild upset stomach.

Wait a couple more weeks for a conclusive result.  95% conclusive at 28 days, 99.9% at 42 days.

Those aren't symptoms of HIV, in any case.  HIV rashes don't itch and are always present on the torso.

HIV rashes don’t itch and are always on the torso?  Is this a confirmed fact?
Yes.  They don't itch, and while they may ALSO be present elsewhere, they are invariably present on the torso.  Just looked at your timeline of events again - you can take a test any time now for your conclusive result.  No point hand-wringing over symptoms when you can know for sure.
So why everyone here told 28 day conclusive when now you say 42 day
42 days is absolutely THE MOST conservative figure.  Almost everyone will test positive at 28 days if infected.  It's up to the individual person when they wish to test for their own comfort.
Any chances of it being a negative result, day 42 will be tomorrow, getting tested again.
ANY chance???  It is HIGHLY unlikely that you got HIV from this event.  Most people aren't HIV+, and HIV is hard to transmit - something like 1 in every 2000 encounters.  You're unnecessarily making this into a doomsday scenario when your odds of having contracted HIV from this episode are minuscule.
Wow, you are on point today, I suffer from very severe anxiety and deal with an enormous amount of stress daily.
