Why is fingering zero risk?????

Your hand is exposed to vaginal fluid, in some cases it could be a lot of vaginal fluid. That would seem to be a pretty big risk.

All I know is it has to be a risk, especially if you have broken skin on or around your fingers. How can it not be a risk?
