Sperm, Vaginal Fluids, Blood

I don't know if I had a risk or not with this, but here goes.

If after fingering and fisting the vagina and getting vaginal fluids all over my hands, would there be a risk of HIV if I didn't wash my hands and eat something that maybe dripped fluids from my hand on to the food?

What about blood?

Hi... I have another question.

I washed my hair after a girl used the bathroom taps to hang her wet panties on them completely covering the taps and the part where the water comes out of. Would this be a risk if fluids from her panties were dripping on to the tap ends I washed my hair under? I freaked out after I washed my hair and can't get the thought of her fluids on my hair.
