Worried

Dr. Doctors, I am a woman and about 10 weeks ago I had unprotected sex with a man.  We went over our medical histories and he informed me that he was tested for insurance propose in Nov.'07 and was negative, his last sexual encounter was in July'07.  I just had asked him to retest himself which he did Feb'07 and was negative again.  Today, I went and got tested at 10 weeks and was negative.  I got tested because I haven't been myself, feel aches at times and am constantly checking my mouth and tongue for lesions, etc.  Please advise.  I feel like I'm losing my mind.
