What part of what the doctor told you is it you didn't understand? You never had an exposure even if you used vaginal fluid to masturbate with.

Thanks for going a step ahead and noticing my possible exposure, on assuming that you know it was not only a handjob but mixed with vaginal (assume HIV positive) fluids?

You never had an exposure and don't need testing for masturbation.
