Dying of anxiety..PLEASE HELP ME!

Thank you very much for all the valuable inputs you have put in the forums.I went through (Still am) a lot but could not find something specifically deal with my situation. I've had unprotected anal sex with two women who's HIV status are unknown back in 2012 and the latest in Mar 2013. Now I'm married and my wife is pregnant (5.5 months). She was asked to do a HIV test as a part of the maternity programme and it was performed through a local free clinic. They have send a note saying that the result is "Weakly positive" after doing the test TWICE! I informed the matter to our Gyno who is working at a well reputed hospital and he wanted her to perform HIV 1 & 2 Antibody test (Blood sample) and the result was "Negative" (Method:Elisa). I also did the same test and my result was also "Negative" (Method:Elisa). Lab of the hospital is ISO15189 certified and the lab results are widely accepted. My gyno says to forget about the result showed from the local lab and to trust what is shown in the latest lab results. Would you prefer my results to be conclusive despite of the 2x weakly positive results shown by the local lab which is not ISO standard. (I didn't had any symptoms after the risky exposure but I'm dying of anxiety to accept the latest). Your advise is greatly appreciated!

If March 2013 incident was the last exposure you had, your test is conclusive and final, you do not have HIV. Her subsequent negative test is reliable, you should have no reason to worry.Just forget that "weakly positive" test result.

Hope anyone out there don't have any second opinion to what diver explained. I'm much revealed and trying to move on my life as usual, but with much responsibility to not to engage in any kind of risky behavior.
