Doctor advice please Unprotected intercourse duo test negative multiple times

Advice from a doctor please !!! I had unprotected sex 9 weeks ago worst mistake of my life I asked to use a condom  but he said he didn t have one I should of walked away but didn’t this situation turned really scary later that night I had to call police ... anyways 3 weeks post exposure I got a yeast infection and I started freaking myself out googling everything so I went to the doctor told her what happened and literally as soon as I talked about the situation for first time I started expirencing all the symptoms extreme fatigue nausea white tongue body aches swollen lymph nodes they all disappeared within a day as far as lymph nodes  no rash no fever and no sore throat .. but I had a 4th Gen duo done at 3 weeks 4 weeks and 6 weeks (41days) many doctors have said it’s fine my tests don t like and all this is caused by trauma and anxiety is it safe to move on , would my tests be positive by now if I was in fact positive ? I am starting therapy next week for the anxiety ..  Sorry for the long post it’s been a extremely rough few months

Sorry about your anxiety, but your fears are misplaced so eventually you will stop worrying about this non-event. Duo has a 4 week window so you are conclusively negative.

Keep up the therapy if you continue to mistrust the science, because you need to come to grips with the fact that because you have no medical training it is unrealistic for you to continue thinking you have diagnosed HIV.

Thank you for your response I do appreciate it . What makes the duo conclusive at 28 days?  have you ever seen results change post 6 weeks ...  I know I need to stop questioning my doctors I feel crazy like I said I would never ever question a doctor before they know what they are talking about but the anxiety has gotten so into my head and with these “symptoms” I’m having a hard time believing ..
Reread about unrealistic because your questions serve no purpose.
Thank you
