Symptoms

I stupidly had sex with a CSW in Hong Kong - first time ever and it was unprotected

12 days after I had a fever, a rash of flat brown spots, an outbreak of athletes foot, tiny red spots on my arms and chest (suggesting low platelets?)

I now bruise really easily , e.g. after every day activities like tennis and am extremely worried

i tested neg for hib and other stds at 12 weeks - i am now 6 months

should i test again?
should i get a pcr?

No need to test you have tested at the end of the window period and you are negative conclusively.  Your minor ailements every one has from time to time and nothing to think about especially with a 12 week neagtive test behind you.  You do not mention if your sex was protected or not but most prostitutes will not have sex without a condom and if they would run!  WEAR A CONDOM FOR ANAL AND VAGINAL SEX AND DON;T DO DRUGS. Good luck, I wish you all the best.

I'm a little confused from your two threads on the expert forum, was this exposure in Hong Kong or Thailand or did you have two exposures? If the latter then i suggest you have a good think about your risk-taking behaviours.
Was your test inderterminate as you state in the other thread or negative as you state here?
Those tiny red spots are possibly Campbell de Morgan lesions (cherry angiomas) which mean absolutly nothing. They appear for all sorts of reasons and just appear with age.
