do I have a risk for HIV?

I’ve posted before about having a risk but this is now a different situation with the same guy. The last situation I was told was 0 risk with Oral. About 2 weeks later after giving oral sex I proceeded to have receptive anal sex with the same guy. We had sex about 3 times within a 12 Hour period. We used Lifestyle Skyn brand condoms. I’m stressing about the possibility that one of the condoms could’ve broken because a few hours after sex I had an incident where fluids were discharged from my anus from flagelence I’m scared this could’ve been *** but I’m hoping it’s just lubricant that got stuck up there or some kind of anal fluid build up. I asked him to get tested and he told me he would but hasn’t gone yet. (He hasn’t gotten tested in about 8 months) upon on asking he told me that he thinks it might be a good idea because he doesn’t trust someone he hooked up with a few Months prior, this scares me about the possibility he could have HIV.

My question is After this experience what are the chances I could get HIV even when condoms are used, broken or not (i didn’t see the condom after sex so don’t know if was still intact after)

Do I need to get myself tested? And If so would 28 Days (4 weeks) be enough to give a pretty reassuring result with a rapid test?

You can't get HIV when you use a condom, and if he always uses one then there can't be anything to test for anyway. If a condom fails it is a large rip down the seam and it hangs in tatters so that didn't happen or both of you would see that hanging. A duo is conclusive after 4 weeks, and any other after 12.

Thank god. I don’t want to have to stress about this. But just one question, what about the discharge I had? Was that just anal fluid from prolonged anal stimulation? Or lubricant?
I can''t have any idea.
