Tenia versicolor as a hiv accute symptom

I had unprotected sex with a sex worker, then 3 weeks after the exporsure that i got tinea versicolor and then a mild sore throat and got a mild diarheea after 4 weeks after the exposure and then i was really stressed & all the time thinking that i may have got HIV.Then the sore throat condition was lasted for about 2 weeks (without any medication) then i took medication and it went off and diarrea was like on an off and lasted for about few day say 4 to 5 days in a very mild manner but soon after i got the results from my Hiv test it went off including all the body aches and pains. Then just after 5 weeks from exporsure i went for a hiv test (hiv combo test ag/ab) and the results was Negative. But now after 10 weeks of the expousure i still have this tinea versicolor. Questions
#1. Could this tinea versicolor can come as a hiv accute symptom,
#2. How reliable the results of the hiv test i took (hiv ag/ab) and is there any chance i may have hiv even the earlier result is a negative.

I think your 5th week result is an excellent indicator, yet you must test in 2 weeks (then you will be at the 12th week mark and the result will be totally reliable).

Do you think the results of this test is not at all reliable and still is there a greater chance that the results of the 3 months test can go bad ?
