Unprotected sex and extremely anxious

Hi there, I had an unprotected sex with a female on 13th of July, around 1 am: I got drunk and went to back to her home, I asked for condoms multiple times but she didn’t have any, and we still had vaginal sex and ejaculated inside her.
After that I went home; I woke up in the afternoon and got sober up, then immediately felt regret, so I reached out to a dr and got my first PEP and took it at 19:00 sharp at the first time(Biktarvy - BIC/FTC/TAF), and yesterday I just finished the last pill as required.
Here are my questions:
1, in my situation, do I need PEP? (The girl says she is clean and I am not sure if I should trust her or not)
2, during my PEP, there are several times I had lots of alcohols (mostly whisky) after taking PEP, mostly because of business reasons and all of them were taking places at least one hour later after pep, not puking.
3, most of my pep taking were not the as the exact same time as the first day (but within one hour before or after 19:00)
4, does 2, and 3, reduce the efficiency of the pep?
5, how will does pep work now?
6, what’s the probability that I caught hiv?

I really appreciated if you read all my words and reply them.

p.s: yesterday (7th, Aug) the girl said she will test for hiv and other std and let me know the results

Appreciated ur response CFX.
Just some follow up questions if you don’t mind:
1, dose alcohol (e.g half bottle of whisky) reduce the effect of PEP?
2, if the girl turned out to be HIV and other STDs negative 4 weeks after the exposure, does this mean I’m negative as well even without any further tests? ( or should I put it this way: is it possible for the girl to be positive when the exposure happened and then she turned negative 4 weeks later?)

Thanks again

I repeat, talk to your doctor or pharmacist about PEP. I am NOT going to give you advice on that as I am not a pharmacist.

For question #2, yes. If the girl is negative for HIV 4 weeks post-exposure, she did not have HIV when you had intercourse and you do not need to test.

STD questions can be posted here, but please note they will not answer questions about HIV or PEP in that forum: https://www.medhelp.org/forums/STDs-STIs/show/98

Talk to the doctor who prescribed PEP to you, or talk to the pharmacist. We do NOT give advice about medication here. You should take it as prescribed, and if you are not, you need to talk to a medical professional abut how it affects efficacy.

Any one-time event is very low risk for HIV. Most people would not rush to take PEP after a one-time event with someone who is not known to be HIV+, but that's your choice.
