You don't have an HIV concern, you have a conclusive test result.

It's not so miraculous. HIV is not transmitted very efficiently, so often partners remain uninfected after months and years of sex.
If your last test was at least 3 months since your last exposure, then it doesn't matter what your risk was: you don't have HIV.
