Severe Abrasion

Hi,

Last 3 days, I went for a massage. The lady massaged in between my legs near my private parts to seduce me. She did it repeatedly until there was severe abrasion. I rejected her offer to masturbate me. When I took shower after that, I felt sharp pain on that area. She must have used her nail and my skin must have been broken. Until now, I can still feel the sore.

I am afraid she masturbated a guy right before massaging me and did not wash her hand. There might be semen under her fingernails. I am also afraid that there might be a cut on her hands. Also, I was closing my eyes during the session. She might have touched her private part when massaging me. I am afraid of HIV transmission.

It has been a week since the incident. I have been intensely browsing the internet. I feel mentally tired, stressed, worried and fear. To be on the safe side, I decided to abstain from sexual activities and get tested. It was a long week and yet there are 11 weeks ahead. 3 months is a very long time. It is a mental torture.

By saying living host, do you mean a person or the blood cell?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

Sorry to bother again. Here is another question, the severe abrasion might have been caused by her nails. What if her nails were contaminated? Can HIV transmit when her contaminated nails touched the abraded area?

100% no. Even if she was positive, hiv can NOT spread like that - ever!

There is no need for you to test for HIV nor is there any reason for you not to have sex with your spouse.

Thank you again. Just a slight imaginative situation, how about she touched her wet vagina and there was some liquid on her hands. And she touched the abraded area. Do you think I should get tested and stop having sex with spouse until I get the test result?

None of those situations you've provided are risk of HIV transmission.

Thank you for the prompt reply. At first, I was thinking it was a normal massage. But given the sore I am still having, I become afraid and start thinking of all possibilities.

At no time did you have an exposure.
