Tested negative for HIV but still scared

Ok so at the end of May I had unprotected oral sex performed on me and found a white bump under my for skin. It then became very real to me that this could be an STD. I have had previous sex with other partners but always used a condom during intercourse, but just the oral sex that was perform on me I didn't, i have not perform oral on anyone. When I found this white bump it put me in a real panicked and I realized this could be something. I thought it could be an STD or maybe contacted HIV. In the end result the bump wasn't herpes of any other STD. I had a swap test on the bump and a blood test for HSV that both came back negative at 7 weeks and both my doctors, the dermatologist and my primary doctor both agreed that this isn't herpes due to certain factors such as it doesn't hurt and its the only one there, we concluded that it was something else that i already have ( a pre-existing skin condition). Now I am more worried that I might have HIV. The person that performed oral sex on me, informed that they are negative and they get tested annual as that is very important to them also, its great to hear that but still can't be trusted.

So in May previous to this encounter I tested negative to HIV, because I decided to take a test, a blood test.
After the encounter I became very worried as I am always been an individual that uses condoms for intercourse but not oral. I haven't had any symptoms that were flu like, but one night I did wake up in a pool of sweat which scared the hell out of me. So at 7 weeks i went back to the doctor to do another hiv test that came back negative.
Now at week 13 I went back for a follow up to get tested to reach the 3 month window period. I went this past Monday and took another test at the doctor which came back negative. So now have 13 weeks I tested negative which I am very happy about. Then 3 days later I wake up in another pool of sweat. I am so confused thinking that I might have it, but it just hasn't been detected yet. Am I just over thinking? I would say that Only about two times during my "window period"  i had night sweats and that was it. Am I just going crazy for no reason?

You were never at HIV risk. Oral sex does not expose you to HIV. You do not need any test for HIV and if you do so, it will always be negative because of non existent exposure
