Testing
I had done Unprotected vaginal sex with a girl who has a std but unknown about her Hiv status,How fool I am!!.....Then I tested...25 days..NEGATIVE,40 days NEGATIVE,60 days NEgATIVE....all of this test are the very simplest one....Today I got my 75 days NEGATIVE(By ECA) result...Do you people think I am safe?or still I need to test more?
Tell me in brief,I am so scared..and I am also looking for brief Opinion from other experts as well.

In an adult, a positive HIV antibody test result means that the person is infected, a person with a negative or inconclusive result may be in the “window for 4 to 6 weeks but occasionally up to 3 months after HIV exposure. Do you experts think that it will change according to your experience?I am expecting other moderaters' answer also.
I had done all these Test in one Hospital,not in different different hospital,does this effect on result?Do I go for another hospital another test or can I do in same hospital?What does ECA mean?do I need to have Another enhance test more than rapid?or simplest Hiv test is fine?
No answer to give other then have an antibody test at 3 months. Doesn't matter where you have it done.

A rapid test is fine, and it is VERRRRRRY unlikely your result will change at this point, you're pretty much in the clear!
One thing I have to mention that,That girl also tested after 28 days,after being with me and She tested NEGATiVe at 28 days....But she didnot test further more,I had looked her Report card and it was non-reactive......but she told me that she had a other std..any opinion on this.....Do you think my result will change at 3 month mark?

the people who already answered you here are some of the best moderators, you should belive them. please do not concentrate anymore on the symptoms, it's been demonstrated that in the vast majority of the cases they come from anxiety.
