HIV Risk

Good afternoon Doctor
I had a exposure with a prostitute 15 days ago and while having relations, the condom broke. It was almost literally 40 second into the act in which I notice that it had broken. I immeditalety stopped and washed of everything. According to her story ,she doesn't have anything and get tested often and it was around two month prior and she is HIV negative. 5 days later i had a negative result in Westren Blot exam and 8 days later another blood test and it came out negative too. I had all the of stds exam done and it came out negative also. A week ago I got Oraquick test and came out negative.
Im not sexually active and the last time i had a sexual encounter was around a year ago. I had a normal cold the past week with swollen lymp glands which is very usual in myself because i suffer from allergies and asthma. Im planing to take the COMBO test this coming week just to make sure i dont have anything. From you POV as a Medical expert, what are the posibilities of contracting HIV ?

You had a risk with the condom break. Like iommi said. Take an HIV duo test at 28 days or anytime after for conclusive results. It does lower the risk when you don't acquire an STI. However, when a sex worker insists on using condoms they usually do for a reason (to protect themselves) and less than 1 percent of sex workers actually have HIV (source Dr. Handsfield HIV Expert)

The Drs no longer reply, we are a community mostly comprised of members who went through the window period.
Your tests for everything was too early.
You are right to take the combo test but wait till day 28 post condom break.
Hiv experts consider this conclusive.
A 40 second exposure minimized the risk vs a prolonged one.
Oralquick is less sensitive then blood test and early in the window period They are not very helpful.
