Unprotected Sex I'm really stressed out

Hi 20 days ago I had unprotected sex with a girl which I don't know any of her sex history...I'm so stressed out and anxious I know that I have to do HIV Antibody test after 3 month not sure if I can wait that much though  because I'm so scared and I have panic attacks and yesterday I woke up all my body was numb....After two weeks of the exposure I got sick I had sore throat and fever(38 C).. the fever lasts for 1 and half day and my throat was fine after two days I took some advil pills for that my question is this considered as HIV symptoms?
Does HIV symptoms responds to any medications? How much do HIV symptoms usually lasts if they appear
I know that that a conclusive test is at 3month post exposure but is there like a percentage that shows like at 1 month 50 % of HIV people were tested positive at 6 weeks etc...
Since I was so drunk I wasn't that hard does this make a difference?
Thank you all and GOD bless you all I know everyone has his own story and he is stressed Like me I know what you are feeling I'm dying every day after this incident I will dedicate time in my life to help prevent HIV....

HIV has no specific symptoms. There are no tests marketed or sold to give a conclusive negative test result earlier than 3 months post exposure.

Early hiv symptoms are very high fever, VERY sore throat and a rash on the body. Usually lasts 1 - 2 weeks.
The experts say a test at 6 weeks is conclusive in spite of the legal window period still being an outdated 3 months.
Also, chance of contracting hiv from a one time exposure is 1/2000. That's IF the partner is positive which yours likely wasn't.
