Unprotected cunnilingus with a CSW

I visited a massage parlor where I engaged in unprotected cunnilingus and rimming and protected vaginal intercourse.  Less than a week later, I was very drowsy for a few days (slept 8-10 hours at night and could have slept longer if I did not make myself get up and had 2-3 long naps during the day) and noticed I had white spots on my tonsils.    I did not have a sore throat and I did not feel nautious plus I still had my appetite.  About a week or so after noticing, the white spots were gone.  I don't think they were tonsil stones because they seemed to be immovable when scraped.

Any likelihood this was acute hiv exposure?

No risk at all, so your symptoms have nothing at all to do with hiv.

oral events you mention have never been documented as a cause for HIV and you had protected vaginal sex you are fine as far as I can tell.
