Risk of having HIV

Hello,

Around 23 days ago, I was really drunk and had sex with a prostitute. She put on the condom she got, gave me oral sex with it on, then we had sex. A little later, I decided to use my condom because I was paranoid, and continued having sex, then I eventually ejaculated in the condom.

And now, I'm worried I might have contacted HIV, because its 3 weeks after it and I'm starting to feel a little sick. Moreover, after doing some research, I found out that an HIV test at this point will not be accurate, however a clinic I checked with told me that it would be accurate.

So even if I get tested tomorrow, and the test turns out negative, I will still live with the paranoia I've been living with for three weeks, because there is a chance the test is not accurate.

I'm also worried about herpes, but I can't afford being tested for both.

You may be exposed to HIV if you:
1) Have unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Share IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

You used a condom, and it did not break.  If it had broken, you would have absolutely known.  You had no risk and you do NOT need to test for HIV.
