Unprotected oral sex and cheek biting

Hello Dr. Thanks for taking the time to review my question. I really need your help, I am extremely anxious about this whole situation. This is what happened. I gave unprotected oral sex (about 10 times) to a guy I dated for 3 moths 'exclusively' per him. He ejaculated in my mouth 2 times at the beginning but I never swallowed.
The first time he did it was May 27 and the second time was June 04 then I went overseas for about 10 days. It was an exhausting trip. When I came back I got a flu (resolved) and I thought it was because of environment change and exhaustion. Then about 4 weeks ago I noticed swollen painless tonsils that persist until this day. I also had lose stools once a day about 2 weeks ago but that's resolved now and I think it was because of anxiety and the fact that I was eating out a lot too. During that time I remember biting the left side of my tongue and the lesion took about a month to heal and developed a white coat that did not scrap out - hairy leukoplakia? I also bite the inside of my cheeks  since a long time so there was inflammation there- increasing the likelyhood of transmission. The guy told me he was hiv neg but I'm not sure about that because he also told me it was a while since the last time he tested. He also had a 'skin condition'. You could tell he had pimples as a teen and you could see one here and there every once in a while. Under normal circumstances that would have meant nothing but because of the symptoms I have been experiencing this whole situarion is driving me insane. I know the best thing is to get tested and I will do it eventually but in the meantime I am trying to get some advise and peace of mind. Please help!
Thanks.
