Unprotected oral, vagina, and anal sex with escort - hiv risk

Hi, I had unprotected oral, vaginal and anal sex with an escort. It was a heat of the moment thing for me. I have read this site and know that in a heterosexual pairing here in the USA/Canada, the risk is low but certainly not zero.

What concerns me most are two things.
1) I later read about this provider online and turns out she offers these services to many clients. This is definitely concerning because she wasn’t overly expensive as an escort so being a high volume provider to offer unsafe services is unnerving.

2) during anal, given the tightness of entry, I think I got microtears on my edge of my foreskin. I’ve experienced it before and it seems much the same. There was no active bleeding and the tears are about 1mm or so. This concerns me for obvious reasons (entry into the body)

So what I would like to know are what my odds are given this information ? I have read here that in USA/Canada, the rates are already very low inthe heterosexual population but id still like to know since it’s going to be 3 months until I can get tested for hiv.

I thank everyone for their advice. I know the reality is that it isn’t zero. But this was also a one-off experience.

Thanks!

The odds are well under 1%, assuming she has HIV.  Obviously 0% if she does not.

Why wait 3 months to get tested, when you can get a 4th generation test way earlier?

Hi thank you very much for your feedback. It really helps lessen my anxiety until I can get tested. I called my local sexual health clinic and they told me for conclusive results I need to come in after 3 months. I am a Canadian resident if it matters. I am not sure what testing method they use exactly.

After googling, I see there is the Insti hiv self test to be used 20 days post exposure. It’s not cheap but seems good.

Overall what’s your advice going forward for testing?
If you're in Canada, there's no reason why they can't give you a 4th generation test, and there is absolutely NO reason to ever test beyond the 6 week mark.  Advising people to wait 3 months is way outdated for a 4th generation test.  That's what I would do.
Hmm that is interesting. I will ask them. Perhaps she was misinformed. So basically I can test in 4 weeks or so using a 4th gen test and get fairly reliable results. Should I test again at the three month mark?
I already answered that question.
Thank you for your feedback so far. I appreciate it
