Weird symptoms need Advice

On Dec. 28, 2009 I had sex with a CSW -- protected vaginal and oral.  During sex I did touch her vagina and put my fingers inside her, and after I she masterbated me and I also masterbatedbated myself with the same hand that I used to finger her (I did get quite a bit of lube and vaginal fluids on my hand).  A couple of weeks later I had some pain and some burning in the tip of my penis, especially after and not during urination.  I went to the doc on Jan 31, tested negative for gon, chal, HSV2, HIV 1/2/O.  Doc put me on Cipro 500 mg for a week -- no help.  On feb 1st i had a PCR test for HIV (lab corp) -- neg and on Feb 11 PCR test for HIV (Quest ) also neg. Feb 12 PCR for HIV2 -- neg, and on Feb. 23 (about 8 weeks in) had OraSure test --neg. On Feb. 19 doc gave me a shot of azithromycine and 4 pills no help.  Went to new doc on Feb. 22, he put me on doxy for 2 weeks (still taking, and after 1 week feel a bit better).  Also I have had CBC, urine culture, urine analysis -- all neg.    My problem is I'm loosing weight -- and I have had loose stool/inconsistent bowl functions for a month -- could this be HIV?  Doctor H. thinks I have over tested and for sure no HIV -- what worries me is how, if I was protected against HIV, I was not protected against NSU/NGU if i used a condom.  Has anyone else ever experienced this -- Teak do you think I should continue to test until 3 months or am I being paranoid  (new doc wrote up HIV RNA test -- i have not taken yet).

Thanks all for the advice -- have you all ever herd of anyone getting NGU/NSU infection from the kind of sexual activity I described ?  I'm working hard on getting over my paranoia. Teak,Liz, and Vance -- you all do great work here -- keep it UP! Wish you all the best.

You didn't have a risk and you don't have HIV and you don't need any testing.

i have been having some symptoms to hiv such as,  swollen neck glands, tonsil stones in throat, sneezing all the time, numbness in hands, pins and needles very often, ichy scalp and pain when having sex,
i have not spoken to the man since this happend, i did not have sex with him but he tried and could of pre-comed but im not sure if that could be strong enough?  i went for a hiv test 5 month and 2 weeks after this happend but they told me if i have unprotected sex within 6 week of going for the test it could mess up the results, the test came back negative and i have spoken to a girl he recently broke up with and she said she got checked for everything whilst been with him and was all clear although i am still worried because i have read it takes upto 6 month for some people to tell if they are infected so she could have got a mixed up result too, i went on to berlive i was just paranoid but it seems like im getting most of the side affects would you reccomend going for a second test?

thanks x

You had no risk, so no need to test. Masterbation is not a risk no matter what and protected sex is just that.
