You used a condom and that is not a risk for HIV. Testing was not needed for your non risk. Your test is conclusive because you were not exposed to HIV therefore there is no window period to meet for test conclusiveness.

Hi Chima7,. After the act , I removed condom and washed my pennis with soap water, does this have any risk ? My 58day, 86 day test results are negative . The test I took is hiv 1and 2 and p24 antigen combo test .
Do I need to test again ? I tested at 86 days the results came back negative.
HIV is effectively dead in air so anything you did after you pulled out involved contact with dead virus. That which is dead cannot live again, so no worries, you can't get hiv from touching dead virus. Only risk for hiv is sharing needles you inject with and unprotected anal or vaginal which you didn't do.
@AnxiousNoMore, Chima7, Thank you very much . You people are doing a great service to the people who are worried. May God shower all his blessings on you people .

No worries, you can't get hiv when you used a condom,  so there was nothing to test for.
