worried sick

i recently got an answer to my no risk situation, but I'm here again because of another exposure, yesterday i had protected sex and unprotected oral (felatio) there was a lot of vaginal fluid around my penis and urethra after i took the condom off, fingered her vagina with a minor cut, I'm not so worried bout the oral, but for the vaginal fluids that covered my penis and possibly went inside my urethra, that is what's scaring the day lights out of me, please help.i would appreciate it..thanks

Not a risk. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

Vaginal fluids don't get into condoms, it was most likely lubricant.
