can hpv or another underlying illness prevent hiv antibody production?

I had a very high risk exposure during the beginning of this year. It was a one night stand and I was drinking and made a very very awful mistake of having unprotected sex with this person. There was no ejaculation but I don't know if any pre-*** was involved during this session. I later found out that he is very promisicious and may be hiv+ . The problem with this is after this incident my gyno told me I had hpv and was at cin 2 and I needed a leep procedure done. Well she told me that when I had intercourse with this person I had lesions in my cervix. Well about two weeks after this unprotected experience I had very strange things happening. The first thing that happened was my tongue. It turned geographic looking and got these weird spots on it that bled and burned then went away. When the spots went away my tongue turned ghostly white and dry and has been that way ever since. The next couple of days my stomache started gurgling and cramping and I had bad diarreah. The next couple of weeks my glands became very swollen as confirmed by a doctor. I had a eia 1/2 test done 5 weeks post exposure it was negative. Well I had surgery for the hpv in april and doc said it healed well. I started experincing weird symptoms again in may and went to the hospital. The hospital ran a hiv test clearview and it was neg but I found out this test was done in only four minutes and that concerned me greatly. I was told this test needed fifteen minutes to be accurate. I would believe that the test was right and I was ok if I didn't have so many damn things going on still. I have an extremely white tongue and is dry and fissured right in the middle I have no spit whatsoever. I have severe headaches and lightheadness along with eyefloaters that are so bad it makes me very dizzy. I have never had anything like this in my life! I have dirreah almost every day and have so for the past 4 months. I have been to to id doctors one did a test called a chemiluminometric immunoassay which was negative this was 5.5 months post exposure. I didn't care for him so I went to another doctor 4 days ago and she ran a regular elisa and this is now 6 months post exposure and it was non reactive. My question is could the leep procedure and the hpv delay the production of hiv antibodies? or could an underlying condition I wasn't aware of lets say cancer maybe delay the antibodies? Considering most people don't get the cin 2 until after they have hiv from what the doc told me do you think I need to retest in another couple months? I am going to have another pap done in a couple of weeks. I am scared I may have cervical cancer.  I also have severe pain in my right side and a burning pain in my whole back. I have pain in my groin and arms under my arm pit area really bad its burning and stinging and pain behind my legs like behind my knees. I also have weird little purplish red spots that show up once in a while on my arms and legs. I really don't know what else could be causing this at all! I am very very fatigued and I am having a hard time going to work. I just feel so damn sick. I know my body and I know I have never experinced anything like this before!  I have a new boyfriend and don't want to harm him. I am just so confused and scared.  I am just trying to get some answers from teak or someone who is educated on this subject. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

your tests PROVE that something other than hiv are causing your symptoms.  continue to work with your doctor until you find out what is going on...IT'S NOT HIV.
