Ars symptoms

After a 31 day HIV test, I received a negative result.  A week before and up till now, I've been having armpit lymph pain, persistent muscle aches, strange sensations in legs and arms, itchy belly button, red bumps on chest, shoulder, back, and arms, flaky skin on pubic hairs, occasional itchiness of pubic hair, diarrhea.  I had a severe fever from day 8 to about day 15 and a low grade fever up until day 36.  I am unsure of any sort of condom failure or slippage with a high risk person.  What is the likeliness that these are related to HIV ars symptoms and if know that a 31 day negative result isn't 100% conclusive! but what are my chances?

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusively negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusively negative results or a no-risk situation will be based upon the criteria established by MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
    * After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
    * Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension
    * Continuing to post upon your return will result in a permanent ban.

You never had an exposure. ..
If someone had exposure..they should have a 3months post exposure test for conclusive results. .
Symptoms are nothing to do with HIV..
Move on..!!!

I'm not asking based on my exposure.  I am asking on the assumption that it could've been a risk if there was an unnoticeable condom slip.  I just want to know if a negative 4.5 week test is a good sign.  I know 3 months is conclusive, so don't tell me that with your list of responses that you copy and paste to everyone.  And could the symptoms be anyhow related to ars
