Will my test be conclusive?

I live in Australia.

I tested negative 6 months ago.

I am going in for another test tommorow. (every six months)

Since my last test i have only had one sexual encounter was 55 days ago, which was oral sex with a female.

If my test tommorow is negative, will it be conclusive? or will i have to get tested again at 90 days?
