Worried about M4M Massage

I am worried sick over a massage experience with another gay man. 1) First I showered and he gave me a towel that he said was clean but I did not check.  If it was used by someone else and had body fluids i.e. semen and comes in contact with pimples or popped pimples that I have all over my body and face can I get hiv?  I used the towel to dry my body and face.
2)He had me lay down on a massage table with sheets that I am not sure were clean or free of others bodily fluids.  Could this be a risk for hiv since I have pimples all over my body and face and I was laying face down and up on these sheets?
3)We were both naked for the massage.  I believe he stroked his penis before starting the massage.  I don't know if he had precum in his hands before starting the massage.  If he had precum in his hands before starting the massage he might have spread it all over my body and face and could have gotten into a popped pimple since he was doing the massage really hard.  Can I get infected?
4) He uses massage cream in a jar that he doubled dips.  The jar does not have a pump.  I'm scarred that other people's body fluids were in the massage cream since he double dips for other clients before me and uses the same cream jar.  He used this cream all over my body and face.  I have a lot of pimples all over the back, body and face and I am scarred that this cream with possibly others body fluids could have gotten in contact with a popped pimple or small cut or skin tears around my nails could have infected me with hiv. Is there a risk for hiv?
5) I also held his penis in both of my hands for a few minutes during the massage.  I have small skin abrasions around my cuticles and worry that if he had precum on his penis I might have gotten infected while holding his penis.
6)He also used hot stones on my back and body which I don't know if he washed before me which also has me scarred since he used it over my back, body and face which has a lot of pimples.  Could I have gotten hiv from hot stones that possibly might have others body fluids and might have irritated or popped my pimples or cuticle abrasions?
7) Also toward the end of the massage he stroked himself but I don't know if he had precum in his hands and massaged me a little bit more and then proceeded to give a hand job.  I am worried that if he had precum it might have come in contact with my penis when he was giving me the hand job.  He also got on top of me and rubbed himself on me after he stroked his penis before giving me the hand job.  I ejaculated but he did not.
8)He gave me a tissue to clean myself and it was a little wet and I didn't know where it came from.  If it was used by someone else could I have gotten hiv when it came in contact with my penis?
9) I also have a small dry cut that was already scabed in my leg before I went for the massage.  Could I have gotten hiv from the massage cream, hot stones or possibly from the precum in his hands on the dry scabed cut?

My main question:
What should I do?  Am I at risk for hiv?  Should I get tested immediately?  Do any of the activities described above constitute a risk for hiv infection?  This happened four days ago.  I am really really scared!!!!!!!!  I have not been able to sleep since then!!!!!!  Please help me!!!
