Worried about symptoms after uprotected sex

I am a 22 year old male.. About 3-4 months ago I was traveling abroad in europe and I had unprotected sex with a woman who was also traveling in europe.  Approximatley 3 to 4 days after having sex I began to experience flu-like symptoms (i.e. headache, vomitting and nasua).  The symptoms went away after about 3 days.  However, about three weeks later, right after I returned to the U.S. I became even more sick; this time i was more fatigued, i had diahrea and it lasted for close to a week.  At the time, I figured these sicknesses had something to do with all the traveling I had been doing.  But recently I contracted a rather large infection in my inner thigh right above my genitals.  Im very worried because, after researching the symptoms for HIV, I can't help but think that I am showing all the signs.  Today I scheduled to take an HIV test, however, Im so worried right now that I just want some indication of what kind of risk I have.

unprotected sex is high risk. You must get tested. After three months of the hell waiting for the window period, I am sure you will learn form this experience.
Forget the symptoms I had all of them and I am still negative

Symptoms are useless they mean nothing, only 50%-60% of Hiv postive people recall having symptoms, so thay mean nothing, having unprotected sex put you in risk of contacting HIV so a test is warrant to rule out a posible infection, the CDC estimates that the rsik of unprotected insertive vaginal-penile sex with a know HIv positive partner is 5 in 10000, so  your risk may be even lower since you dont know her Hiv status.

Good luck

Do what??? You have a nerve to post in someone elses post when you have the same fear !!!!!!!!!!!  Dont give out advice at this point and time for you dont know your own

As for the question above i agree symptoms are invalid and only testing can confirm ones status

The only way to know your HIV status is by testing.  Your risk was close to zero, so you can expect a negative result.  Your symptoms are irrelevant and don't suggest HIV
