Worried please help

I had sex with my girlfriend at the time she was tested and negative for both hiv and syphillis but we have a bit of trust issues so I am abit worried. Anyways we had protected sex. The skin on my leg and balls was dry and flakey I scratched off left a bruise on my balls on the underside between my legs my balls. Was wondering wat is the possibility that I may contract anything from her due to that lesion. Due to her vaginal juice. I noted that area was still dry after no sign of blood and she had no open cuts. Pleaase help me.

You had protected sex, no risk. Skin issues has nothing to do with risk.
