Worries without a base? HIV through short oral.

Dear All,

First o all i want to be excused if i will mistreat your language in the following text.

Im a 31y/o heterosexual male which is very carefull with his health and never faced medical issues.

2 weeks ago i had to much drinks and for first time in my life i end up in a masaj parlor were i received a masaj and unprotected oral sex for about 30 seconds before finalizing in her mouth.(btw ten of this seconds was masturbation and yes this is not great performance)


The Profesional was a 21y/o chucky lady which look healthy. After we finish i get up and within 2 minutes i went to wash and urinate. My penis is in good shape whithout cuts or iritations.

I have to mention that the girls in this salon were not providing other type of sex even after another client offer them a white check for those services. They refused and they said that they are not doing nothing more than this nomater what money he gives.

I went to a big clinic to ask a doctor about my risks. The only thing he manage to do is to scare me and when he saw that im getting a huge panic attack in his office he prescribde me antianxiety pills and get rid of me.

He spoke more from the theoritical point of view and he didnt evaluate my situation which i hope you will clear out.


Now unfortunatly i got back my panick attacks and i already made apointment with my psyholog.
( im avoiding to read hiv symptoms on the net cause i know i will think that i have them cause of my mental state)

The only thing i noticed is that when im stressed i feel my penis warm but when i take my pill or drink one beer this think disapear. (im sure this enter in my head as the doctor prescribed me a penis cream for any case)

Questions:
1) following the above story should i worry for HIV ?
2) should i get tested?
3) he said in one month after exposure he will put me on ARN test and if possitive will give medication. It seems to me that he want my money as they are very expensive those tests were i leave. Whats your opinion?

  I know all of you you are facing similar questions and sometimes is fustrating.

As i explained in my text the fact that not even my doctor didnt see particular my case lead me to ask on this site which i consider the most informed hopping to get some explanations and soul relief.

hiv is not transmitted through oral sex.  you had NO risk and do not need testing.
