HIV concern

first of all I would like to thank all of you doctors for your great efforts.

I'm sorry for my English but I will try to be as clear as I can

I have 2 questions if you don't mind.
1) I went to Thailand last April and I had sex with a girl prostitute in 2 different days, she seems to be a clean girl as she asked me 1st to have shower before having sex and she always carries condoms, we had a protected intercourse but we did unprotected oral sex (both ways)...so am I under risk ?

2) I had an unprotected sex with my colleague in the work like 4 or 5 times in different occasions, she had (only) sex with 2 different guys before me, one of them is living abroad in Europe and the 2nd one is always travelling and he had sex with many many girls...am I under risk ?

I know it seems to be silly questions but I'm pretty sure you know how people feel and their worries concerning the HIV, I know you would tell me to make HIV test but I'm just afraid of the results...so what do you think doctor ?

Makes no difference.

Worrying about viral loads is getting a little ahead of things. Chances are your partner didn't have HIV, and HIV is not transmitted very efficiently through vaginal sex, so in all likelihood you are fine. But you still need to test.

does it make difference if I cum inside her or outside?? I don't have much information about it, but I read things about viral loads and stuff like this.

Situation # 1: No risk

Situation # 2: Risk

Test at 3 months for a conclusive result.
