ask for help~~~help help help

on 26th july, i had sex with a sex worker (she was standing on the side of the street). straight sex with condom, a couple of mins. then she wiped my penis with a dirty tissue. i was not sure it was wet or dry. so i am scared that if that tissue had been used by her or other guy 20mins before. i thought there was some body fluid on that tissue.  do i have chance to be infected HIV THX very much

I just got your note- I totally agree with the assessments you've been given by Lizzie and Joggen. You had absolutely no risk from this. The ONLY way it could have been a risk is if you had a very obvious, very large, actively bleeding wound on your penis and she put FRESH, wet blood or other infected bodily fluids directly into that bleeding wound. Rubbing a tissue on your penis, even if it did have some dried fluids on it, is definitely not a risk. Relax :)

a tiny injured place would not make any difference.

once outside its host...hiv becomes inactive and unable to infect.  hiv is not transmitted from environmental surfaces or inanimate objects.

you had NO risk and do not need testing.

No risk. HIV does not spread from contact with environmental surfaces. Even if another person's genital secretions were on the tissue there would be no risk to you.
