HIV Risk Assessment

This is unrelated to my previous questions. I have tested negative nearly 6 months or more since my last exposure. My question has to do with HIV transmission risk.

If an individual is a donor for another couple, and the couple is using a home-based method, and does the following, is there a risk of HIV transmission?

Ejaculates into a container and within a few minutes, the couple injects the semen via oral syringe.

If an individual had HIV, would this present a risk?

Yes. I know that it is no risk if I did it, but simply out of curiosity, would this present a risk for someone? I am reasonably confident I am negative as the last exposure I had, unprotected oral 9/7/12 and unprotected anal 08/08/12, and tested negative 12/11/12 and 2/12/13 with Clearview Rapid Statpak. Plus, I have kept the individuals completely informed throughout the process and only did this after getting their express approval and after the testing.

My question was simply whether there would be a risk involved in such a situation if the status was not known? I couldn't find anything on this site, nor have I previously read anything that speaks to such a situation.
