autoimmune disease

hello ,
My question is Could an  autoimmune disease effect on HIV window period ?
and if yes , how long is the longest window period with an Autoimmune disease and 3ed generation of HIV elisa test ?

It would not affect your test results if you have had an exposure.

Yes , that's it and sorry because of my poor english ,
And now whit behcet's , how long is the long of window period in the worst condition ?
I did a test 4 months after exposure and I know it if I hadnot behcet's my negative result after 4 months was conclusive , but how about with this disease ?
Should I retest six month after exposure ?

Yes , i have behcat , but not sure is this an autoimmune or self immune ? And whad is the diofrence between these ?
And could it affect on the long of window period ?
