blood to blood contact

I have a blood to blood contact
I went to bars to drink,I for two hands on the chair,then I used my fingers to scratch the skin wound bleeding from itching
Then 1 h, I knew based on the two arms of the chair of someone's blood has left.The two hands are bloodied by placing my hands on it
Previously assumed about 30 seconds back,have a someone had bled and the blood that is HIV +
Is it a risk?
I do not care about HIV infection until 3 weeks later I had itchy skin on the neck and the hair above the penis
A small floating nodes in the neck, it does not hurt
And when I have a small wound on the skin that it is difficult to hea.An anomaly that I never had time on my wounds and my nails have white spots
It makes me worried because I might have unknowingly transmitted HIV infection and for my wife
Please help me,I is extremely Fear

You had zero risk and thats it.Hiv becomes inactive as soon as it makes contact with air and therefore it is unable to infect you.Your safe.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

You had no risk of contracting HIV.
