blood work

Not sure if anyone can help with my question but its worth a try.  I went and got blood work today.  I told the girl I bruise easily so she made a small cotton ball and put it under my bandaid without gloves on after she put a bandaid on another lady with out gloves on.  She did use hand sanitizer after putting the bandaid on the otehr lady.  If she got blood on her finger then made a cotton ball for me and put it under my bandaid could some sort of infectious disease be passed that way??  let me know thanks!

Let me clarify; it's not an HIV risk.  That's what this forum is for.
