bloody neck

I researched other threads about possible hiv transmission at barber shops and all comments said no risk for sharing clippers, razors, etc. but yesterday I watched the barber cut someone's hair before mine. Right before the guy got out of the chair the back of his neck was bleeding so the barber put some sort of lotion on his neck, I guess to stop the bleeding. I got in the chair and I don't remember him cleaning his equipment and I know he didn't wash his hands after touching his bloody neck. So the possibility of blood being on his trimmer and hand is a good one. He used the same equipment on me and now I have long scratches with tiny scabs on the back of my neck from the same trimmer he used on the guy before me. I don't know why I didn't ask him to sanitize before cutting me maybe because I read other threads and everyone says hiv cannot be transmitted from other surfaces outside the body so I didn't think to say something. Now I'm bugging and mad that I didn't say anything. Can hiv be transmitted this way?

Thank you for answering even though this was discussed numerous times. I didn't mean to step out of line.

No HIV cannot be transmitted in that fashion and if you want to be mad, be mad at yourself for your ignorance.
