theres white stuff around my vagina, on the lips

So i found theres some white dots on my vagina today, it has been itching for a while, and i kinda...scrach off the white stuff and then its kina..red downthere. Im freaking out right now ! Im only 16, and i really hope i its not HSV...:( can anyone help me ?
