Saliva inactives the virus. No reports of someone ever getting HIV from oral sex on a woman.

Are you sure I'm really concerned about this matter all that I did just licking the genital secretions of the exit and I felt my mouth was swallowed you remove it, but worried that the secretions cause oral disease
