please take a duo test at 13 days and again at 28 days. it will be conclusive and very good for pyschological health

If he doesn't accept the science that he had no risk it is likely he won't accept the science of a test.
If blood got under the condom then the condom would have fallen off. Only the urethra needs protection so that obviously happened and you are safe to move on from HIV.

if blood reached to bottom of penis on urethera because i was jerking that time....blood would mix with my semen and abrasion near tip during sex

Reread my advice about "fall off" which you have ignored instead of taking a test. I have no idea what i was jerking means, but it can only infect inside the human body so if you were outside it is dead.
