Hiv open wound and blood

Dears,
I was at a pub and things got out of hand somehow and people were fighting.
I then helped my friend and got a small razor (small knife) cut on my hand from one of the other ppl.
There was blood on it as far as i know.
My bleeding cut wasn't very deep but i think it got others blood on it also. Was a bit drunk and things were a bit blury.
I had a flu 2 weeks after with some mild fever which went away after 2-3 days. The flu stayed for around 5 days or a week. But i was still able to go to work.
Then after another 10 days I had a severe pain in my legs but i think it's due to my return to sports and vitamin D deficiency.
Then a week after I had a rash all over my legs and my doc said it's winter eczema. Afterwards some constipation, diarrhea and small headaches (i'm under severe anxiety) and can't get over the thought of me having hiv...
I had a rapid test at 33 days which came back as negative (serology) so only antibodies...
I'm extremely stressed, would i have been at risk under these circumstances ? Is it possible that symptoms are ARS ? Can you please guys help... I can't even breath !
How much faith should i put in my test ? Noting that i'm living in Lebanon so it's hard to find 4th generation tests...
Thanks a lot

You can't get HIV from minor cuts. It is instantly inactivated in air and would have to be large gaping wound with the HIV blood thrust deep - you had a scratch so no risk.

You have stated numerous "symptoms"  then listed what the cause was, so no reason to confuse them with HIV which is a disease you can't even have. For instance, it is no wonder you lost weight if you stopped eating, based on the faulty premise that you are dying.
Time to get back to your happy life instead of worrying about a disease you can't have.
Your test was a waste of time.
