Spots

Hi I helped someone in the street that was bleeding and I got some of there blood on my hand! I then around 10 minutes  later picked a spot on my face without thinking! I am now worried I hav HIV. Thanks for reading my post!

The Hiv virus is extremely fragile outside the body,it becomes inactive as soon as it is exposed to air and therefore is unable to infect you.Your safe and you had no risk.All the best.

you wont have caught HIV from this exposure because 1. It becomes inactive seconds after exposure to the atmosphere, even in blood 2)there was no effective entry point into your body.

No risk. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
