cut on penis, no condom, period blood, HIV??

so my gf and i were just messin around and she got on top and we proceeded to have intercourse, i felt a sharp pain and something sticky so i pulled out, there was alot of blood, i ripped the skin that is connected right under the penis hole. she said she thinks she jus had her period too, im going to get tested soon but do i have a high risk of being HIV positive and what are the symptoms??
We are both clean and practice safe sex all the time, this time were just messin around not even having full on sex

If she tested negative 3 months after her last unprotected sex and your relationship has been monogamous, then of course there would be no risk. You can't catch something that she doesn't have.

We have gotten checked before, we're clean, do we still run a risk?

You had unprotected sex with a partner whose status you don't know, therefore you had a risk and need to test 3 months post exposure for a conclusive result.
