Rubbing/frottage HIv risk with ejaculation

June 2. 2022 about 9 months ago I had a genital rubbing/frottage thing. me(F) and the guy ha d a clear discussion about us being clean and the meet up was jus for masturbation/frontage no penetration. We did so and it started with me on top my vagina rubbing against his penis for 2-3 mins max and then turned over as he couldn’t get erect at first . He started stroking between my butt cheeks and for a few secs I could feel the head of his penis stroke over and across my anal hole. I’m sure there was pre cum at some point. 5 mins later he came and I asked where he says on your a** cheek and back. I get up to clean up not worrying or thinking about anything. I go to the bathroom pee a very little bit. Wipe up with a wet wipe. Few days later had an irritation feeling/ sting in vagina but me being sensitive down below didn’t think nothing of it as it didn’t last long at all. 2 weeks later me and my ex(GF) she fingered and rubbed my vagina then proceeded to give me oral for about 3-5 mins max. I then stopped her cause not my thing and guilt. Later that evening I started getting irritated down below again, but assumed it was from my underwear from the scented detergent or something. Went home the next day and couple days after the irritation couldn’t handle anymore went to a clinic got prescribed predication for (BV) and discharge and irritation subsided. At this point still wasn’t really worried about anything tok much. 1.5 weeks after that I started getting pelvis pain in my groin/ inner thigh area down to my knee joint and around to my bottom left butt cheek and lower back off and on. I summed this up to maybe (PMS) as I usually get it 1 to 2 weeks prior to starting. As I did start the following week and half later it subsided. Went to a family reunion for 4 days returned home and woke up the day which my this time it makes 6 weeks from the frottage situation and 2 weeks from my ex. I had a runny nose, sneezing, slight very little cough, hoarseness, sore throat, stiff neck pain, body/muscle aches, shortness of breath, chest tightness very little. So took a covid test as many of my family members did after the long weekend and a lot of tested positive as I did. So this where I started to worry after two weeks I started getting better after quarantining, but my sore throat was still there and I assumed it was from maybe post/long covid so I started excessive googling. I know, I know! Everything was getting better every now and then muscle ache or body age but assumed everything was post/ long covid. When I woke one morning with the very little tiny red bumps on my face about 7-10 and yes I counted was very very little itch to it no redness. I got worried again and asked a few ppl if it looked like a rash and everyone said no I was jus over stressed and anxiety getting me. I let it go and was fine about a week and half after that from facial wash it was better. Everything started looking up and up until recently again I started feeling stomach cramps neck pain groin pain inner thigh and joint pain in knee and haven’t really pooped in like 4 days. Unusual for me.! I know I should have been got a test but like I said I had read other forums and some said even with ejaculation on or near anal was HIV risk and some said no chance of it. But I feel I have or had some text book symptoms of hiv. Could anyone please help I would appreciate any knowledgeable help.

That was a heck of a lot of words. Let me make this simple. If you did not have an unprotected penis penetrating your vagina or your anus or share IV drug needles to inject drugs, you had zero risk or chance of getting hiv whether the other guy had hiv or not. Those are the only transmitting activities. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. So, even fewer words, NO RISK.

We do not need a follow up about this symptom or that symptom that you think you are seeing, they are unrelated to hiv. HIV is never diagnosed  by symptoms. It's first risk assessment (you had none) and testing. So focus on key words . . . no risk.

Thank you I do appreciate the response.
It’s just so many different forums with so many different pieces of information.
This is a moderated forum guided by doctors who are expert and specialize in hiv. You had no risk.
Again GuitarRox I appreciate the response and I had to ask cause like I said all the symptoms I have after the incident just too coincidental and other sites like the body and forums like qoura and where frottage is a very low risk, but not zero cause semen can still get in contact with broken skin.
This is our last response - Stop searching the internet. It isn't a risk for HIV. No one gets HIV that way, no matter what you read elsewhere.
