still worried

i had vaginal sex with a sw 3 months ago. i felt some of ars symptoms. after 85th day i get tested hiv1@2 antibody(nonreactive0.20)
1) is this result conclusive?
2) need test at 6 months?
3)what means the value 0.20

pls help me
