hi....need to clear my doubts...

wanna ask if there's any risk it being contaminated/tampered with hiv/virus via semen or blood?

no one does that..anyways hiv virus cant survive on the outside..it only can survive under laboratory conditions..
you dont have any hiv concern..move on

You don't have an HIV concern in  the situation you've provided.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

ok..was quite worried cuz my fren said he noes sum1 who got infected that way....

so even if sum1 uses a syringe filled with blood/semen containing hiv/aids virus and tampers with the condom packet...and later if sum1 uses the condom, there's no risk?am i right?

sorry if i am being a bit paranoid, but please educate me in this...
thanks...

NO...hiv cant survive outside its host.  when the virus is exposed to air...it becomes inactive and unable to infect.
