ejaculate with a stranger, chance of HIV....

I just met a guy on the net and we masturbated together. He is gay. So we have given handjob to each other with precum and semen which were in contact with my skin, penis and urethra. After one day this happened I have a mild fever. I am now stressed about HIV. I can not reach the guy to ask about his HIV status and his sexaul history, but I guess he is doing these kind of stuffs (and I guess anal and oral sex with other guys) frequently. So, if he would be HIV+, could he transmit by his semen, which was in contact with my skin (hand) and my penis? There were some fresh but healing scars on my hands when it happened.

Unrelated to HIV, you never had an exposure.

Mutual masturbation carries ZERO risk for HIV, even with the presence of cuts on the skin that was exposed to genital fluids.

No risk.
