exposure in hospital

Due to a gastro-enteritis I had to go to the hospital last week and they gave me some medication intravenously.
The problem was on my check out the nurse after seeing other patient and not washing his hands , starts to take off the needle in my hand, wraps some gauze with his fingers touching all its surface and put it in the needle hole in my hand . So there was some indirect contact between is unwashed hands and the needle hole in my hand.
when I went home i tried to examine the gauze if it had some blood other than mine, but it appeared clean.
Do you think I need to take a test?

Thank you

No you don't need to take a test. You never had an exposure.
